Making Disciples

Fruitful Discipleship

Jesus commanded His Disciples and followers to go ahead and make disciples of all nations. Fruitful Discipleship is a Ministry of FICM focused on making disciples. Discipleship not only nurtures (establish and strengthen) disciples but also equips for ministry. Our Discipleship Ministry is non denominational and provides support to other churches and organizations by trainings on discipleship, leadership and other initiatives to thoroughly equip men and women for work of ministry. The Discipleship Ministry focuses on 4 main program initiatives:

ESTABLISH

Establish is a discipleship initiative by FICM to strengthen new believers and the willing in their faith. This is done through the Foundational Classes; FICM 100 (Alpha class) and FICM 101 (Doctrinal class), Congregational discipleship within the Intimacy Clubs, Service and Ministry Mentorship , Apprenticeship and Training (S.M.M.A.T) and One to one discipleship.

EQUIP

Equip is a program that allows pastors, church leaders and student leaders to be trained on discipleship, leadership, church planting and church renewal. This is valuable to equip the church and the leaders to function more effectively. Willing leaders are trained through the school of discipleship, ministry and leadership. Pastors and other church leaders, student leaders among others may request for the training by sending a request below. Our training materials include GPHD (God’s Plan for His Disciples), GPHD (God’s Plan for His Church), Building the Inner Man, Chronological Bible Teaching and other short courses. We are also partnering with other world trainers like WMC and WMHI. In future, we will offer more accredited courses to equip the men and women of God. (We believe in on the job training for Servants of God so much)

EMBODY

Embody is a program aimed at lifestyle embodiment of the Word we believe. It is more of engaging on scripture memory, knowledge, and application. It is done through observational matrices to be developed. It will give young people opportunity for competition and articulation of what they believe in.

ENRICH

Enrich is a non-denominational family discipleship program that encourages family discipleship where the parents strengthen each other as they disciple their children. Enrich provides encouragement for families to have family devotions- reading through the Word together and living out it together, having family prayers and days set apart for family debriefs.
